Julianne Moore upset that she can pass for a man

Actress JULIANNE MOORE was left hurt when she dressed up like a man for a train trip - and nobody paid any attention.

The Oscar-nominated actress felt sure she'd make a terrible guy when she dressed up for a drama school assignment.

She recalls, "When I was in drama school we had to do a whole thing with facial hair - you had to learn how to apply facial hair.

"My hair was long and I did a long red beard and a moustache and everything, and I got on the train, going home, and nobody blinked. I looked like a straggly college kid."

So what, years and years ago she dressed like a man to see if she was able to pass as a man, and since people seemed to think she was a man, that hurt her feelings? Wow. I'm a little disappointed with Julianne on this one.

She probably meant it in a teasing way, but it reads as if she's

That's what I always tell BF or friends when they feel unsure about wearing this or that special piece of clothing that might get them noticed: people in the street/in the bus/wherever only care about their own little self, they rarely have time/interest to mind the strangers who surround them!
