Ralph Fiennes' lover spills the intimate details on their affair

HOLLYWOOD heartthrob Ralph Fiennes is cheating on his lover with a beautiful young singer.

The Harry Potter star is having a passionate affair with Cornelia Crisan, 31, behind the back of his long-term lover Francesca Annis.

Dashing Fiennes, 43, seduced Cornelia after meeting her at an awards dinner two years ago.

In an exclusive interview, Cornelia reveals today how they have met repeatedly for explosive nights of illicit, champagne-fuelled sex.
She tells how as recently as two weeks ago, he called her and murmured down the phone: "I need some physical contact."

And she reveals: "He wanted to keep me as his secret."

An aura of mystery and his well-bred good looks have made Fiennes, who plays evil Lord Voldemort in the Potter movies, one of the most sought-after stars in showbiz - and a pin-up to millions of adoring female fans. But his gentleman's image is stripped bare today by Cornelia, who tells how he brazenly cheated on beautiful actress Francesca, 61, his partner of 10 years.


Despite their 18-year age gap, Fiennes' relationship with Francesca is regarded as one of the strongest in showbusiness.


Cornelia says: "He wanted me to be here for him whenever he needed to talk, wanted a cuddle or to make love. Twice he told me he loved me."

Fiennes - who is up for a BAFTA award for his role in thriller The Constant Gardener - met Romanian-born Cornelia in February 2004 at London's fivestar Dorchester Hotel.


The singer, who has been living in Britain for five years, was invited to a party there. Standing in the bar, she caught Fiennes' eye and he made a beeline for her. "I felt his eyes burning into me," she said. "He walked up to me and said, 'Hi, I'm Ralph'.


"I didn't recognise him at first - it was only much later I realised he'd been in the film Maid In Manhattan with Jennifer Lopez."


Within minutes, Fiennes - who was nominated for an Oscar and won a BAFTA for his role as an evil Nazi in Schindler's List - was arranging the first of their clandestine meetings.


"He told me he had an apartment at the Dorchester and said he would like to see me in private. I found him handsome and he had a magnetism, a powerful charisma."


Fiennes gave her his room number and left the bar, telling her to follow discreetly a little later. However, she got lost in the corridors and he directed her to his room on her mobile.


"He opened the door and immediately tried to cuddle and kiss me - it was a bit too much and unexpected," she said.


Fiennes had removed his jacket and bow tie, and the soulful voice of Aretha Franklin was on the sound system of his luxury suite as he poured Cornelia a glass of Bollinger champagne. As they grew more comfortable he made no secret of his relationship with Francesca, but he said they had hit a rocky patch. He said: "Things are not quite right at the moment."


Moments later he began his artful seduction, playing with her hair and gazing intensely into her eyes.


"I was talking but I could tell he wasn't concentrating on what I was saying. He kissed me passionately."


Slowly and with great care, Fiennes stripped off Cornelia's clothes. "First, he slid off my dress," she said. "Then he unclipped my bra, taking his time. The only items he didn't remove were my diamante high heels. He said, 'Keep them on, they are nice,' so I did.


"He became very excited. I made love to him. He seemed to love every minute."


Later Fiennes - brother of fellow actor Joseph and cousin of explorer Ranulph - made love to her a second time. "He wanted to go back to the sofa. I said, 'No, here', motioning towards the carpet, and we made love on the floor. He asked that I kept my shoes on once more." Earlier, he had ordered more champagne from room service. "We became caught up in the moment and forgot. The butler nearly caught us in the act naked.


"Afterwards Ralph said, 'I have never made love on the floor. I quite like it'."


Before she stole away at around 3am Ralph told her: "I'm feeling quite connected with you."


He began phoning her most days but she didn't answer, wracked with guilt and muddled about her feelings. A few weeks later he phoned again and she agreed to meet at the Dorchester at 7.30pm.


It was around the time of the BAFTA awards.


"He said to me, 'I really need to see you but I have to let you know we are not going to be able to spend much time together'."


Fiennes opened the door wearing a dinner jacket.


"We started to kiss, then he suggested we make love on the floor. He undressed me except for my shoes again. It was quick, wild and passionate."


Later, as Cornelia was about to leave, he asked to see her again as soon as possible. He called or texted almost every day, but guilt-ridden she ignored him once more.


"He left voicemails asking why I didn't pick up the phone and texts asking, 'Are you OK? Have I done something to upset you?' He pursued me."


Still feeling guilty, but at the same time flattered by his attentions, she agreed to meet him again in mid-March.


This time he went to Cornelia's two-bedroom house in Fulham, South West London, at around 9.30pm. He arrived looking nervous and wearing jeans and a black leather jacket.


Once there, he opened up to her as he hadn't before.


"He said, 'I tend to feel alone sometimes'."


Then they made love - with him re-enacting sex scenes from his romantic film The End Of The Affair.


"As I walked upstairs ahead of him he began to touch my leg. He was trying to stop me on the stairs. When we got to the bedroom he tore his clothes off. I was about to take mine off and he said, 'No, hold on a moment. I would like to do that'. He slowly took off each item of my clothing."


It wasn't until she later saw the movie on DVD that Cornelia realised he had been making the same moves as his character.


Fiennes began turning up late at night at her home, leaving before dawn, but never going out in public with her.


Of Francesca, he told her: "There is an age gap between us and at my age as a man I have different needs." Cornelia was uneasy with him discussing Francesca - but felt irresistibly drawn to him when he showed his vulnerable side. Every time he said to me, 'I feel lonely or alone' I went back to him again."


Apart from the two trysts at the Dorchester, they only met twice away from her home.


The first was in January last year when he asked her to meet him at a small property he owns in East London. He told her to take a cab but to walk the last few yards.


This time he poured out his heart as she lay on his bed and they drank red wine.


"He had tears in his eyes. He sat next to me on the bed and I cuddled him. We made love twice that night, but afterwards he was emotionally detached and cold. He said to me, 'You know I can't be anything to you'."


"That was like a cold shower after the heat. He called a cab in advance and he said if I was asked I was to say I was his PA. I cried all the way home."


WITHIN a month, she had returned to the same address, again after a flurry of calls. Again he said he was lonely.


She arrived late at night and they drank red wine on the bed before they made love. But feelings of frustration and bitterness were welling up in Cornelia - and that's what led her to break her silence now.


"He was already with someone. He was a cheat. I started to see him more clearly."


They continued to meet at her home making love again last autumn, shortly after her birthday. "I had a sense that I might not see him again."


But Fiennes left that night with a kiss and his usual promise he would call. And he has. Ringing from Dublin, where he was rehearsing for a play, he left a message only last month at 11.06pm on January 15.


He said: "Sorry I called you so late. I wanted to see you. I was, um, feeling a bit alone. I'll call you. My love to you." And on January 24 he said during a call: "I want some physical contact. I might be able to see you. I may come to London in the next couple of weeks."


Cornelia said: "I don't think there's any future with Ralph. He said he loved me but I don't think he knows what he really wants.


"I can't spend the rest of my life in limbo waiting for him to make his mind up."

The whole thing is pretty funny. He'd never had sex on a floor before? WTH? Didn't we all do that as teenagers? And him having her leave her shoes on?

She's 'wracked' with the kind of 'guilt' a buttload of money will ease.
Are we supposed to believe that all these 'sordid' ( ) details will help her get rid of her guilt?
That load of rubbish sounds like a bad romance novel.
Whoever is paying her for all these juicy ( ) details must have more money than brains.

I just had a thought.......maybe it's Fiennes himself who is paying her to 'reveal' all this stuff to make him look like a 'stud'.
