Jessica was in New York shooting a sexy new cover for W magazine, one of her lifetime goals.

"This is a dream cover," she explains. "I'm so blessed to be here today. I did cartwheels! I acted like a cheerleader."

Our LARA SPENCER crashed the set of Jessica's W photo shoot, where Jessica posed in a foxy white halter dress with smoky eyes and her famous blonde locks pulled back. (The cover is for the mag's April issue.) Lara got the scoop on the hard-working girl's crazy schedule Wednesday and found out why she was jet-setting from New York to Los Angeles just minutes later.

"I have to go to MARIAH CAREY's party tonight!" Jessica gushed. "I think she deserves every Grammy she gets."

Mariah was a big winner at Wednesday night's Grammys and although Jessica didn't perform at the music awards show, she has plenty of action going on: Daisy Duke posters, Pizza Hut spokes-celeb and now shoe designer.

"I'm a shoe girl because I like to have height. I've always been passionate about it. We saw how much people responded to the boots in the 'These Boots Were Made for Walkin'" video and we were like, 'We gotta do something!' Because people were calling and I have fan letters and all this stuff wanting every shoe I've ever worn."

Her new platform and boot footwear line is coming to stores soon. So at age 25, who does this new fashion icon say she looks to for inspiration?

"My favorite is [1950s French film star and pin-up] BRIGITTE BARDOT. I just think she's beautiful. I like the curvy girls, like SALMA HAYEK or HALLE BERRY -- girls who got the figure."

she is just another notch in a belt, that is what she has made herself out to be, if it quacks well, it must be a duck. If it dresses like a whore and acts like a whore well then........................... I will draw my own conclusions.

I think every shoe she wears is hideous. She might as well walk around on stilts. She seriously has the worst taste in footwear, but whatever helps her overcome her midget complex, I guess.
