Sienna Miller has reportedly shrunk to a tiny size 6 since splitting from Jude Law - sparking fears for her health.

The star's friends are worried the stress of her on/off romance with the heartthrob actor - who she recently split from after a series of cheating allegations and break-ups - has taken its toll.

An insider said: "Some of her friends are worried about how thin she is getting. We think her stress levels have got worse over the whole Jude thing. Sienna's been very emotional and is finding it hard to work up any kind of appetite."

Sienna's pals also believe she has dropped pounds from her already slender frame since she started filming her new movie, 'Factory Girl', about 1960s fashion icon Edie Sedgwick.

The source said: "Sienna has submerged herself in the part of Edie, who was very, very slim. So she's cut out all fatty foods, including breakfast fry-ups, and is sticking to salads. She's got into the habit of eating less and smoking more. She's not being stupid, but there's no more snacking in between meals or eating several courses."
