    "The Insider"'s MARC MALKIN has confirmed that JAY MOHR of 'Jerry Maguire' and "Last Comic Standing" fame and his longtime girlfriend, "Las Vegas" actress NIKKI COX, are engaged! A source tells Malkin that the two will marry in a winter wedding by the end of the year.

    Mohr will next be seen this Sunday with JACKIE CHAN in a Pepsi commercial debuting during the Super Bowl.
    When did she break up with Bobcat Goldthwait?

    A couple of years ago, I believe...and Jay Mohr was married when they started dating, so I hear...
