Michael Jackson losing children custody?

Pop superstar MICHAEL JACKSON's lawyer fears alleged anti-Semitics comments the singer made in taped voicemail messages could damage his child custody battle with ex-wife DEBBIE ROWE.

Jackson is reportedly heard calling Jews "leeches" in messages he left for a former advisor. Critics also accuse him of singing, "Jew me, sue me, everybody do me, kick me, kike me," in the track THEY DON'T CARE ABOUT US.

The accusations have already caused Jackson massive embarrassment and cost him the friendship of spoon-bender URI GELLAR.

Now his Jewish lawyer MICHAEL ABRAMS fears it may cost him custody of PRINCE MICHAEL, eight, and PARIS, seven, his children with Rowe - in a forthcoming hearing in front of private arbitrator, retired judge STEPHEN LACHS.

According to website TMZ.com, Abrams wrote in secret court documents that the comments may work against him.

In previous documents, Abrams reportedly wrote, "Judge Lachs is Jewish, as am I. He has made me aware of this in the past and I understand Judge Lachs' concern about anti-Semitism."

Since MJ is clearly not the biological father of those kids he's already on shaky ground. Add the pedophile allegations (he's as 'innocent' as OJ), the weirdness, the balcony dangling then hopefully somebody will finally take some action to protect those poor kids who I fear are already so fucked up they will need YEARS of TLC and therapy. To her credit, Debbie Rowe has kept a discrete, low profile throughout all this - or maybe not to her credit. If I was the mother of those kids, gagging order notwithstanding, if I saw them being treated as badly as MJ has I'd be screaming blue murder. Anyway, I really don't give a flying fart for MJ or Debbie - but I DO hope that common sense will finally prevail and those poor kids are given a chance for a normal childhood with normal people around them.

Almost anyone would be an improvement over pedo Jacko. I would absolutely celebrate his losing custody of those poor kids.

How are they gonna get the kids back to the US? Right now, it screams of movies that I have seen that kids go over there and they don't come back.

Good point, darksith. If I'm correct, many Arab countries automatically assign custody to the father in these situations and it's very difficult to get the kids away from them. Combine that with the fact that El Freako is buddy buddy with the ruling family, who would theoretically rule on any extradition requests, it might just be irrelevant as to whether or not she wins in a U.S. court. What I can't understand is why the Bahranian royal family has taken this obviously disturbed man to their bosom.

I saw his lawyer on CNN (I think) last night and he sounded like an idiot. I guess the guilt has finally set in for Debbie Rowe but I'm not sure at all about her parenting skills, she doesn't want to be called "Mom" after all. As a child I was abducted to a middle eastern country by my M.E. Dad because children ARE the man's property so... I can see that government letting him hide out there with them since they are best friends and all. What a sick fuck!

Really! These kids need saving but not because he's an antisemite although I do think these psycho parents raising their children to have total hatred for other races SHOULD have their kids ripped from them.

I think this is the main reason why she is suddenly so intent on getting the kids back. I think the money she was getting from Jacko has been stopped.

She lost all chances of getting any potential respect from me when she testified for Michael in the last lawsuit. These kids are lost causes and I look forward to reading their books in 15-20 years.
