Mint tea. I drink several cups a day.

Also green tea, occasionally red tea and Lipton's Caramel Tea (though rarely, as it's quite sweet).

I love green tea, the bitter the better!
Sometimes I also like a flavored green tea, like the Twinings selection (green tea + lemon / apple / orange / jasmine).
    I also love Roiboos tea.

Both green tea and roiboos have (I think) low theine contents.
I cannot drink black tea or green tea because the high theine content makes me sick and gives me stomach cramps after even just a few sips

The TAZO green tea iced tea bags are awesome, and much less bitter than most brands I've tried. White tea is even better for you than green tea. Just remember to barely steep it, or it gets very bitter.

Meryl doesn't even try anymore. She just calls Lanvin and asks for curtains with a belt.~Bitter

Oh I've never seen the extra version. I have the regular sleepytime, I hate the taste of it but I force myself believe that it's making me relaxed and sleepy

I got high off my mint tea the other day

If you think it's crazy, you ain't seen a thing. Just wait until we're goin down in flames.

Sleeptime extra is hard to find sometimes, but it's so much better. It has like a spearmint taste to it & really does make you sleepy. It has valerian in it.

I like green tea lightly steeped, not too bitter. I also like chai, earl grey, chamomile, and fruit or berry teas.

President's Choice Earl Grey and President's Choice Traditional English.

A friend in England sent me a box of PG Tips. That is pretty good too.

I'm drinking Constant Comment decaf right now. I usually buy Bigelow tea, they have a assortment pack of decaf tea. Nothing but decaf for me, coffee, tea or pop. I'll have to pick up some of the Sleepytime extra for when I'm tensed up.
