I ate cat food when I was kid. I remember it was kinda salty.

That just made me think, once when I was a baby, my mom put me on the ground and I crawled directly to the wet cat food tray, grabbed a fistful of 9 Lives, and stuck a whole handful of it in my mouth. She said she was so horrified and tried getting it out of my mouth before I swallowed it. I wasn't one of those kids that stuck everything in my mouth, so maybe I was just trying to be like the cat.
Gross, put it away. You could dress beautifully but you gotta be Miss Granny Panty Whore.

Dog food I can understand - some of it smells pretty yummy. But cat food - especially wet cat food - smells so foul I can't even imagine eating it on a dare!

Wet cat food (Whiskas, I think, probably beef flavour or rabbit cause the others smelt gross as hell). Just ok. It smelt absolutely delicious but the taste was kinda bland

Dry cat food (can't remember brand: It was actually very good. A bit salty but the only thing that really put me off was the consistency as well as knowing that it's cat food.

Dog biscuits (can't remember brand): Not half bad. A bit bland.

Wet dog food: EEWWWWWW. Major ewwww. Tried just one brand (Friskies, I think) but it was gross as hell

The seeds we were feeding our canary: Way too hard

    Hamster food: Mostly yucky

I know a couple of people who grew up in a household with awful neglect and, as kids, were reduced to eating dog kibble because there was no other food in the house. It was apparently not bad.

    Holy necro, Batman!

I wonder if Sput would eat cat food. She eats pretty much anything else.

no. i admit i did try the dry kind once. as well as dry dog food. curiosity. doesn't taste like much and there's no salt.
have never sampled the wet kind, that shit's too nasty looking/smelling even for me.
