    crème brûlée is good. especially the crust. i wish they made flat crème brûlée with more crust and less custard.

    I used to eat mussels they lie on top of clamflats, don't hear much about them anymore. I grew up digging clams as a teenager for money, now it costs an arm and a leg for a real whole clam dinner here, not the strips. Lobsters are so good, but if you don't dispose of the shells in warm weather right away and they sit in the garage at all, you will not care about eating one for awhile.
