I LOVE seafood and it's cheap here. I pay nothing, since my father fishes for fun on his off time, and all my cousins own boats.

I LOVE lobster, though I haven't had it in years. I've tried Oysters once, and was pretty indifferent-and I'm usually a huge fun of seafood.

Sushi is awesome, but extremely overpriced here, ditto for foie gras. The only thing on that list I haven't tried is that yellow mushy thing.

I can't deal with sushi, it nauseates me. The raw fish thing just.. blech.

I've never eaten at Red Lobster. I'm smart enough to realize that if I don't like seafood, RL is probably not going to change my mind.

My bad experience with lobster occurred at a beach house on Cape Cod - everybody else at the table was scarfing the lobster down while I kept complaining about how rubbery and gross it was.

I love it - fell in love with it during my Navy days in Japan. But when I came back home to Philly jonesing for it, my family thought that I was insane.

They even have a Philly roll; soft-shell crab, salmon roe and cream cheese. Mmm-mmm-MMMMM.

What's funny is I cannot eat cooked Salmon for the life of me, I hate hate hate the smell....But I love me some raw Salmon! Everyone thinks I'm weird because of it.

I love all sushi, except eel. That's too slimy for my tastes.

i love all sushi except salmon roe.
i never got the appeal. they are basically salty little jelly balls.

i don't mind fish eggs if they are much smaller, like caviar or the much cheaper equivalent.

All of the 'food' on this list makes me

I tried lobster once...it was OK. Why did this article have to mention that lobster related to FRICKEN SPIDERS?!? Guess I won't be trying it again.

god, i tried cooked eel at this 'japanese' dive.. i took one bite and it was so rancid i almost chucked right there. I spent the rest of the evening burying it under the rice. I quite literally had vomit in my mouth more than once but luckily managed to send it back down.

    Ugh the stench...

I like my shellfish hot, or at least warm - I can't stand cold lobster or crab salad.

Has anyone ever tried Truffles? Not the candy, but what comes from the ground. They're so expensive! I've been curious if they live up to the hype.

I have-they were delicious. Mind you, it was part on top of a fillet and soaked in marinade, so I imagine it varies by how it's prepared.
