Post your recipes for your signature dishes, please. I've created at thread in the Recipes section.

Can't wait to make some of these dishes.

I roll up shaved ham, pepperoni slices & shredded mozzarella cheese in rolled-out (flattened) bread dough. Sounds like nothing, but people LOVE it. You pull it out of the oven, and it smells like freshly baked bread, and the cheese is all melted...

I butter up the dough before putting the stuff in it. A tiny sprinkle of garlic is good.

There is nothing like the smell of baking bread/pizza. I tend to put hot peppers on mine, tho. Ultimate comfort food -- only potatoes with cheese come close.

Actually, I prefer white wine. Champagne is my favourite, Veuve Clicquot or Cristal. Anybody care to share their Champagne war stories?

Once again, PB, you outclass me in regard to bottled spirits. I don't think I've ever even SEEN a bottle of either of those.

But I do love sparkling wine!

I don't drink them often, but Champagne is truly a religious experience for me.

I made deviled eggs one year for Thanksgiving and ever since Im asked to make my deviled eggs. Personally I dont really like deviled eggs but I make them anyway.
Im also asked to bring Stuffed Mushrooms and Gooey Pumpkin Cake, now both of those I do like to eat.

People I haven't seen in years who live across the country email to get my exact recipe for chicken salad. I make lots of things but this is definitely what people ask about over and over!

chili verde, and the apple turnovers.
Life will break you. Nobody can protect you from that, and living alone won't either, for solitude will also break you with its yearning. You have to love. You have to feel. Horrible isn't it? It makes you so vulnerable.

I don't know if I have a signature dish, but I think my Beef Vegetable Soup is pretty good. I make it in my crockpot. People seems to like my Chocolate Macaroon Cookies a lot. I took some to a party once and they were gone in no time.

    Seconded!

My signature dish is caprese salad and plain pasta with tomato sauce. However, my tomato sauce is delicious. Completely from scratch, of course.

Hubby was singing my praises last night for my Spaghetti. I make my own sauce (with a big recipe "thanks" to Mom! ). And although it's kind of a ho-hum dish, he really likes my meatloaf variations.
You were lucky to have me. But you know what? I think I already got the best part of you. And she's standing right out there. I don't know... what's left just doesn't look so good anymore. Hope Floats
