I have a few break fast favourites:

Mashed banana with cinnamon and a bit of sugar on wholemeal/whole grain bread and lightly toasted under the grill.

Muslei and a weet-bix brick with blueberries and almond meal with just a little tiny bit of soy to just wet it all.

    Berry/watermelon sorbet juice.

Vinegar Poached egg on wholemeal/whole grain toast that has French mustard spread over it with tomato, spinach and mushrooms.

You reminded me of another favorite breakfast, poached eggs served over sauted spinach with whole grain toast.

I know EXACTLY what you are saying! And that doesn't just go for waffles being made from scratch on the waffle iron...it also holds true for your plain-old Eggos from the freezer. They smell soooooo good while toasting, and then taste plain as hell!

I often have a whole wheat tortilla w/ a little cheddar, one or two eggs, sauteed peppers and onions.

If I don't have much time, just grits with butter or cheddar.

If I have some time, I'll add scrambled eggs with cheese, bacon and biscuits to that.

    Oink.

I would have said hash browns were American? I could be wrong though.

You could have black pudding too, and I love left over boiled new potatoes fried up. And you have to have a gallon of tea (or coffee if you prefer) and some orange juice.
A big boy did it and ran away.

Mmmmm I love black pudding, my bf thinks I'm weird coz he hates it, even though he's never tried it. Just because its made of congealed pig's blood doesn't mean it'll taste mingin!

I love a good fry up but I only have them every now and again. Usually when we've stayed in a hotel. At home I usually have crumpets or cereal, like rice crispies or cornflakes.
