I have a few break fast favourites:
Mashed banana with cinnamon and a bit of sugar on wholemeal/whole grain bread and lightly toasted under the grill.
Muslei and a weet-bix brick with blueberries and almond meal with just a little tiny bit of soy to just wet it all.
Berry/watermelon sorbet juice.
Vinegar Poached egg on wholemeal/whole grain toast that has French mustard spread over it with tomato, spinach and mushrooms.
