Baby, by the time you have kids and they're in school, no one will care about you.

I bought those tofu shirataki noodles that are the biggest fad for weight loss right now (HUGE portion is only 40 calories, 1 gram fat, 4 grams fiber, like 30 mg sodium). I made shrimp pad thai out of them and it's really good. The texture isn't too far off of other asian noodles.

Those things are kinda hard to find. You can use them in some Japper recipes like Nikujyaga and Sukiyaki (<--- not sure about calories though). I wish I had some. I'd have to go to a specialty/Japper grocer.

If you think it's crazy, you ain't seen a thing. Just wait until we're goin down in flames.

I found them at whole foods no problem. Because they've become a trend they are getting easier to find.

At my whole foods it was in the same case as all the refrigerated meat substitutes. It was $2 (US) per bag.

That's right near where I live, Mooms. I'll have to check out those noodles myself. A couple (or three) of my favorite pants/jeans are a little too tight at the moment. Time to get serious about losing the extra 10 pounds I've put on over the past few monhs.
