I'm currently constipated so I guess I'll just eat some prune plums for lunch.... I haven't been eating enough fruit lately so I probablly lack the fibre for smooth bowel movement.

Fecal chicken, yum yum. I'm having leftover Tex-Mex veggie casserole, and unless I feel a whole lot better, I'll probably be having it for dinner as well.

I don't know the actual name of the dish. My boyfriend says they just call it call it "Chicken and Rice". The rice is called Sabzi Polo, which is Basmati rice with herbs and the chicken is sauteed with onions, tomatoes, lemon juice and saffron. It's delish He's always making all kinds of great Persian food for me.

today i made a beautiful pasta. i cooked the fettucine in chicken stock, and i made a tomato sauce out of a tomato (duh!), garlic, shallots, mixed herbs and italian herbs. And when that was all done i tossed them together... presto we have "Sleuth's Chicken Stock Tomato Fettucine"
