Homemade bean soup. I used a crock pot for it and it turned out great! Let the beans cook overnight and they turned out much better with a crock pot than having to cook them on a burner..and I could just leave them to cook overnight and do their thing..no watching..no stirring..no adding liquid..no huge amoung of extra heat in the house..no risk of them burning. I am going to make it in the crock pot every time from now on.

*Am making a roast and homemade veggie soup now(in crock pots of course)...all of these soups freeze great!*

I had tuna salad for lunch, with some olives in it. Not bad at all.

The "you pick 2" deal from Panera. I'm getting 1/2 an Asian Chicken Salad, and 1/2 of the turkey breast on sourdough sandwich. Yay for my store winning contests and the company buying us lunch

Leftover veggie chili with organic corn chips and a half-papaya with lemon juice for afters. And lots and lots of coffee and water.

A bag of All Bran snack bites (they're actually good, brown sugar flavored). I didn't have time for anything more between classes.
