Bah, I'm too lazy to figure it out. I can make a good pico de gallo, no need to involve the blender. I do make my own red enchilada sauce from guajillo chiles though. That's worth the blender.

baby Yukon golds, boiled, then quartered and marinated in olive oil, garlic, and Rosemary. Grilled them off. Until crunchy and golden....soooo gooood! Served with a grilled pork tenderloin marinated in a mustard , ginger, garlic, concoction. Micro'ed some broccoli.

Roasted poblanos, chopped into a quesadilla, extra cheese. Bc I'll be damned if I let either cheese or poblanos go to waste.

I ain't cooking shit for those rotten ass boys tonight. They better slap some sandwiches together or something. I'll probably just make myself a handful of pasta and throw some pesto and veggies in it.

I've been saying this to my husband for a while now. I haven't felt like cooking quite often since getting pregnant. Too tired, and meat has been off-putting.

corn and tomato frittata. while it's still warm enough for summer corn and tomatoes. boiled the corn cobs then scraped off the kernels and pan roasted the corn to get it a little crispy and toasty tasting, fresh heirloom tomatoes, goat cheese, green onions and eggs. had that with a green salad.

I had fish & chips for lunch, so I'm gonna be good and make my protein smoothie. Almond milk, protein powder and Greek yogurt.
