    Thanks for the recommendation. What do you put it on? Do you use it for seasoning before cooking or sprinkle on pastas/salads, or both?

    Everything-even scrambled eggs! I use a spray of lemon juice and Cavenders as a salad dressing! Zero calories and tastes better than any dressing out there. Steaks,veggies-you name it. That flavor! You can add it first or add it later.

    i've got a roast in the oven with potatos and carrots. we'll have that with a spinach salad and biscuits.

    i'm feeling lazy so probably a garbanzo bean soup for the adults. bought some heirloom tomatoes so will throw some of those in, too. lentils, rice, and tomatoes for the girls.

    Very basic tonight. Broccoli Rabe sauteed in olive oil and garlic, with fennel sausage.

    i ended up having pizza a l'arrabiata. it was delicious. the crust was thin and crunchy, they used fior di latte mozzarella and topped it with chopped sun dried tomatoes and hot pepper oil.
