Have you tried using 0% thick greek yogurt in it instead of cream? Its still lovely & creamy but it really cuts down on the calories.

they were good. i just seasoned them fairly heavily with a garlic seasoning powder that i have ( Garlic Dude Dust Boquet Garni 27 oz ) and my hubby grilled them over mesquite.

i've also done them where i make a quick honey & catsup based bbq sauce that i brush on them while they cook. they're good that way, too.

We had fresh wild caught salmon burgers-very spicy & great. Homemade tartar sauce. Fresh potato salad & heirloom tomatoes. Yes-I went to Whole Foods Market. All organic!

Lentils with brown rice. I added tomato, onion, and green pepper, and when they were done cooking, olive oil, red wine vinegar, hot sauce, salt, pepper, and Greek seasoning.

Recommendations for Greek Seasoning? I've never tried it--can you get it in a jar at the grocery store?

Oh-my fav! You get it in the spice section-Cavenders Greek Seasoning. In a yellow container-not too big. Near the salts. I can't do without it.

went out for thai tonight. shared a tuna tartare (with mango and avocado) as a starter, then had a panang curry with prawns that was absolutely delicious. and way too many lychee martinis.

I made it. It looked easier on Food Network. Took over 2 hours-mostly chopping 4 bunches of asparagus into 1" pieces. This is my son's review:

Aw! And 2 hours work! Did you chop each stem individually? You can just chop them a few at a time you know?

I've always wanted to gave a go at a multicoloured terrine but bottle it every time!
