you could do some baked potato skins
and then put some of the chicken inside them along with the cheese and vegetables.

i did it the other day it was delicious ..

although if you're gonna do a whole chicken its better for leftovers!

its fun because you can experiment with the fillings.. you can try out different combos, most things work, even cold fillings.. its also good for a leftovers and stuff.

If i'm just cooking for two then its usually enough along with a salad side
If i'm cooking for more people it can be a side dish

Nothing. My husband's was an ass last night and i'm still pissed. So he can fend for himself, I'm gonna sit out on the patio with a beer.

Happy trails to you...until we meet again.
I love & miss you Dad.

Same in my house last night, though I skipped the beer and went to bed. Men!

Tonight....cornish game hens with roasted new potatoes seasoned with garlic, dill, rosemary, salt pepper and some fresh broccoli and cauliflower.
