Chicken parma, i think thats what it's called. I had it tonight at a cafe. Its chicken with bacon, feta cheese, and mushroom sauce. With mashed pumpkin on the side. So yummy!

it's not even lunch time yet but i just realised i have to eat some salmon i bought today, before it goes bad, so it will be dinner. i think i'll just broil it and roast some fennel as well and maybe some baby potatoes and a salad.

Not tonight but tomorrow: I've got some top round giant chunk of meat something about london broil which I've been researching marinating in a mixture of olive oil, worchestire sauce, a glob of sri racha and because I was bold a splash of peanut sauce... don't quite know why but I hope it is good and because I've googled too much I have actually massaged the meat. I've got a crazy mixture of tomato and mozarella that I plan on stuffing mushrooms with and wrapping those in bacon and then I'll cross my fingers when I throw it all on the grill tomorrow night. I think I may add some bread crumbs to the mixture... now I'm hungry.

Beef stew. I'm feeling very carnivore at the moment.

Oh dear, temp crowns are a nightmare. I actually ate one at a party once. Thankfully it was my own.

Dinner tonight will be fish and veg, as it will be every night for the forceeable future since I am porking out a bit.

I pigged out on Tex Mex at lunchtime, so I skipped dinner. I'm nowhere near hungry anyway, my stomach still hurts a little.

    I GORGED.

I've lost nearly 30 lbs in the last 2.5 months...probably gained 2-3 from today's binge...but denying myself completely does not work.

Never completely deny yourself. It will only lead to binge eating.

I know, which is why I don't completely deny myself my favorite foods. I just don't eat them nearly as often. I've lost almost 30lbs in the past 2.5 months while having Tex-Mex about 3 times a month so I think I'm doing OK.

They must be in season somewhere close by because they went from 5$ apiece to 2$, so I can actually afford them. My 7 yr old and I are the only ones that like them, so hubby and younger kiddo ate spaghetti
