I am having a turkey dog and sweet potato fries.

My inlaws are making me a chicken lasagna (they know it's my favorite) but I will NOT touch it. I will let the husband and friends eat it. I must be strong.

steamed pork tamales for hubby. i don't care much for tamales (and, am not sure if they are GF or not), so corn tortilla tacos with whatever we have on hand (avocado, tomato, onion, sour cream, cheese, beans...think that's all) for me.

Nothing, I just had a late snack so will heat up some leftovers for the little heathens and let mr butt figure it out for himself. It's good for him to be challenged.

Baked spaghetti w/homemade meatballs, green salad w/homemade Italian dressing and garlic toast.

(I had a huge craving for Italian food this morning)

I was in the mood to grill, so I bought some steaks and made a very plain steak and potato type meal. The steak is OK...unfortunately I overcooked it slightly more than I like it to be. I made garlic mashed potatoes and green beans to go with it, and the garlic potatoes are my favorite of it all.
