Sonic drive in-corney dog for me, Jalopeno cheese burger for His Majesty. My big poodle went with me-he was so happy-food at the window!

I had chilli cheese dogs last night. I left chicken breasts to marinade for tonight. I think I'll grab some green beans on the way home.

I made chicken enchiladas, beans, and spanish rice. I owe January recipes. Anyway, it came out wonderfully but my son insisted on eating a chilli cheese dog, wtf!

Roasted black peppered duck with stirfried red pepper, broccoli and noodles, followed by a fruit salad of strawberries, kiwi and pineapple with Greek yoghurt. Oh dear, thinking about it is making me hungry. Eating early may also be on the menu....

Admittedly I'm in the UK, but I would've thought you could get it in big supermarkets or, failing that, in smaller independent delis. There's a brand called Total which also does reduced fat and 0% fat versions. I do recommend it - and it's also gorgeous mixed with a good dollop of runny honey. Good hunting!

Heathens are away, meeting mr. butt down the pub at 6 so looks like pints are on the menu. I love pretending I'm single and young, although I'll pay tomorrow.

Too tired to cook (2 late nights on work nights in a row) so it'll be potato chips for me, then bed by 8pm.
