Dutch snacks basically. "Patat" are french fries you know, frikandels are like sausages (brown pictured), kass souffle's sort of bread that has cheese in the middle and is deep fried. Are and lumpia's are spring/ vietnamese "egg" rolls.

I just broke down a whole chicken and that is brining and I plan to stuff an insane mixture of butter (my butter is too cold), lemon, garlic, sage, and oregano all under its skin...
Since I'll already have the oven going I'll do new potatoes with rosemary, balsamic, and olive oil. Deciding between broccoli or carrots, but I have all day to decide that.

MMM FierceKitten that sounds delicious. I need to come up with a great dinner tonight. I am thinking of a chicken/mushroom thing.
