For dinner last nigh, I had some Lasanga at a friend's house. It was pretty good but too cheesey.

I make smothered potatoes by frying them first, add seasoning, then some water and let them steam out for 30 mins. So their crunchy outside and soft in the middle.
Im ashamed to say what I did for a klondike bar...

Last night I had tandoori chicken with basmati rice and sauteed onions.

Tonight I'm having Teryaki chicken with veggie rice and a simple salad. Or I might cave and go for a Chinese, I have a hankering for Chow Mein!
I smile because I have no idea what's going on

We had ham (Martha Stewats from Cosco) and followed her recipe she did on Conan O'Brien: Score ham after it bakes (in parchment paper & tin foil) 1 hour at 325 degees.Brush with 1/4 cup irish whiskey + 1 cup dark brown sugar mixture.Bake at 400 another half hour.I thought hubby would eat the pan! And roasted fingerling potatoes tossed in olive oil and sprinkled with Cavenders. Green salad. Baked necterine & plums.Oh,my!
