Morningstar Farms spicy black bean burger. It was delish, but I'll probably regret eating a load of onion on it.

Well, friday night is my eating out night but i'm not on speaking terms with the significant other so we'll be going nowhere... so i have to cook, which I can't. I just threw some microwaveable chicken rice in the, uh, microwave.

Nothing, I'm on strike today. Bf can bring something home when he finishes work.

Nothing, but only because I've been grazing since dawn. I'm actually too full to put another thing in my mouth...much to the dismay of mr. butt.

I'm cooking some things today for a family meal tomorrow. I'm going to make the sour cream/green chile chicken enchiladas from the recipes' thread, bean and cheese enchiladas for hubby and anyone else who wants them, a big salad, guacamole and lots of margaritas. I'm also making a rhubarb/strawberry fruit crisp. I've got to start cooking stuff from the freezer -- I can hardly fit another thing in it!

Baked potato and some steamed veggies ... I'm feeling very uninspired.

A ragout of vegetables and ground "chicken", flavoured with dill, and served with cornmeal dumplings on top.

For dessert, I am veganizing the chocolate pear pudding I saw Nigella make on her show last night. Yummy!

Fresh walleye that my husband caught ice fishing on Lake Huron last night, mixed green salad, and melon. And the best part is my husband is doing the cooking, 'cause he always cooks when we have fish. Can't wait.
