    We had cheese fondue with chocolate fondue for supper which the bf made for Valentine's day.

    Sliced chicken breast marinated in Italian dressing with freshly diced onions, garlic, and chopped mushrooms. Quickly stir fried in a little extra virgin olive oil on mid heat until golden brown and served over creamy garlic mashed potatoes with spinach on the side.

    we're going out of town for an appointment & are going to stop at our favorite deli. they make the most awesome veggie sandwiches in pita bread.

    Tonight I'm making Straccetti alla Manza....Thinly sliced steak, over arugula, with a balsamic reduction over it. Sounds complicated, but really only takes 10 minutes.
