Last night I had an enormous chicken breast and baby romaine salad. The chicken was marinaded in balsamic vinegar and the dressing was a homemade b.vinegar, honey mustard, olive oil and garlic combo.

Classic old school: meatloaf, peas, mashed potatoes and salad. Yummy.

Help! I have begun to try my hand at baking. So, I have two overly ripe bananas and decided to try a banana nut bread. I have all the ingredients according to the recipe and even found a loaf pan hiding in the cupboard.

The question is this.....how many mashed bananas is a cup? I've looked on the web and have seen answers from 1 to 4. I'm thinking the two medium ones I have will be about a cup? Because you know how bananas are.....if I have to get another one....it won't be ripe enough.....

I had terriyaki beef with rice that my husband cooked. It was delicious. I haven't been feeling well again, so my husband has been cooking a lot more lately. He's a very good cook. And then to cheer me up, he made a humungous chocolate chunk cookie for us to share.

I made a crazy chicken thing in which I brownthe chiken throw in potatoes, carrots, tomato boullion and lots of liquid... delicious & simple. Throw the lid on that shit for 25 minutes and you have yumminess.
