Thanks, guys. It's not over yet, tho. I have my oral defense on Dec. 3, then I'll have to make more changes. THEN it will be over, lol. But the hardest part is done. I've already organized a huge grad party for Dec. 8, right before my birthday.

Hubby bought me a bottle of Veuve Clicquot today but..I may save it for when I have some company. He doesn't drink champagne. Then again...it's looking mighty tempting!!!

Maybe they will say-"This is the most perfect thing we have ever seen! Don't change one word!"

I tried a new tomato soup recipe with roasted garlic, brown rice, and navy beans [from Veganomicon] ... it turned out very, very good. I would definitely make it again.

I also baked an apple/cranberry cake. Yum, yum.

    Great dinner tonight!

Soup with good crusty bread is just heavenly in winter.

Mmmmmmmm, sounds yummy. Sweetie, when you make cheese biscuits, do you use a recipe similar to the Red Lobster cheese biscuits?? They sound SO good.

I have a recipe for those somewhere. I'll post it in the recipe thread.

It's already there, here is the link: Cheddar bay biscuits
