We carved pumpkins on Saturday night and had penne pasta with shrimp, butter and garlic at my sisters, how weird is that? I can feel my arteries hardening right now.

Into the sunrise. The sunset is sad to me….it only means the night is coming.

Basmati rice, with a mild sweet potato curry and chapatis.

I cheated tonight and I got a pizza from Little Caesar's. I've been trying to get some muscle back so I need all the fat and protein I can get. Plus the pizza is 5 bucks so it's not too expensive. lol

I made fettuccine with steamed broccoli, with a roasted red pepper and pine nut puree garlic sauce. Simple but all kinds of yum.

Yes, it's posted under recipes. Just do a search for broccoli. I didn't post the parmesan toast tho, but it's simple.

My husband kicked me out of the kitchen and is doing something with chicken, oranges, butter and rice. I was a little scared at first, but now it's starting to smell good.

Well I was thinking of some pasta with pesto sauce and some Asiago cheese bread I have..but I have a feeling I will end up gorging on leftover Snickers and Reeses Cups for my 'dinner'

I'm not going to eat a damned thing for dinner. I've overdosed on chocolate. Should I decide that there are other food groups to factor into today's diet, a bean burrito is sitting in my refrigerator ready to be nuked in the microwave with a slosh of green salsa on top.
