I love eggplant parm. Leftovers on a toasty sub is always my fave next day must have.

I had this southwest salad my mom makes that has crispy chicken tossed in bbq, lettuce, corn, black beans, cheese, crushed taco Doritos and spicy ranch by Hidden Valley.

^^Damn, that sounds good. I think I will have nothing for dinner since I am feeling too lazy to cook anything.

I had a sandwhich this afternoon on brown bread with chicken, avocado, cashews, and curry mayo so i am still so full. Fruit is so refreshing too.

Assorted crap here. Two hamburgers cooked(and burnt) on a Foreman Grill, some bread, some cold potatoes with cheese sauce on them..a few other assorted crap foods. I have eaten nothing but crap and have drank about ten gallons of iced tea and iced coffee-which was stupid cause not I am not only pissy but very alert and pissy.

What I would have liked for dinner: A nice grilled chicken breast with assorted veggies with a pesto mayonaisse in a sun dried tomato whole wheat wrap.

*or one of pacific breezes' casseroles that she is always posting about but REFUSING to airship me leftovers!!! *hummph!!!
Don't slap me, cause I'm not in the mood!
