Beef Stroganoff. With the left overs I turn them into Beef Wellington by wrapping them in pastry.

    Tomorrow Basil Chicken.

I had a garden burger on some granary bread, with a little mustard.

Just finished making a veggie Mexican/tortilla casserole and now wondering what to do with a bunch of fresh, organic peaches. Yum. I'm thinking about a crisp using Ikea gingerbread thins as a partial topping.

I don't think I can eat another raw peach right now, delicious as they are.

^^ I love peach crisp, even yummier than apple crisp imo.

I've made mango crisp before, actually, hehe. Fried mango slices with ice cream or yogurt is also delish.
