I'm embarrassed to admit it, but I'm having ramen for dinner. Can't beat the price...too bad it isn't healthier or have any kind of nutritional value.

^^LOL..I just had some of the Ramen chicken mix with potato chips 1 hour ago. I had already eaten the noodles dry with peanut butter. If you are careful you can break the noodle pack in half so it is like having two pieces of bread...great with peanut butter spread on top. I end up with all these seasoning packets so I use them like a really salty broth, usually with chips or crackers or something.

I'm finishing my third bowl of cereals with cranberries... and yes, uncontrollable eating of breakfast food for dinner means bad PMS

Ramen noodles can be yummier if you add some veggies, meat (something like BBQ pork/chicken) and an egg.

Tonight its going to be homemade Chicken Noodle soup and sandwiches. I got all kinds of deli meat. Variety is so key to making sammiches. Of course for my son it will either be a turkey sammich or a grilled cheese.

Tonight, stuffed shells with marinara and roasted asparagus (homemade).

    Other dinners planned this week:

Sauteed pork chops with gravy, baked risotto, broccoli
Beef tacos (with black beans served on the side)
Takeout Chicken Caesar salad from Jason's Deli

We usually go out on Fridays or pick up a pizza

last night my mom made a really funny dinner just bc it was really random. i don't live w them anymore so i don't see the funny dinners often but my dad says they're not rare. she made chicken breasts in a nice sauce, chicken strips w bbq sauce, and pasta in a rose sauce as well as a birthday cake and it's no one's birthday. she said we were celebrating the dog's birthday (which is actually in august) lol
