Think trees, a river running through it, and a huge-ass river just to the north

You use as much hot sauce as you want then add equal parts honey, whisk the sauce and honey together then deep fry bite size pieces of breaded, boneless-skinless chicken breasts and toss with the sauce, then serve with ranch for dipping. My favorite thing right now, the best Honey stung ever is actually at the Holiday Inn.

Steamed seasoned broccoli, cottage cheese, a special kick-ass energy drink (20 calories), and a banana for dessert. (Had a big sandwich for lunch.)

Hmmm tonight, maybe sweet and sour chicken, with no sweet and sour and only a cup-full of rice

Probably just some fruit and yoghurt for dinner, but I had a nice lunch today: grilled trout and steamed veggies, accompanied by feta cheese and some olive bread, yum!
