You made me in the mood for spaghetti earlier when I read your post. So, when I get my appetite back after the troll attack I'm going to have spaghetti with marinara and some chicken breast and broccoli mixed in.

plus it'll make my nutritionist happy that I'm getting my carbs from some source other than bread for once.

I missed the troll attack, must be the lunar eclipse.. looks like it happened right as the eclipse became exact. Lemon and Herb Chicken with zucchini. I messed up my diet earlier today yep... carbs from bread.

The troll attack was rough, I left the site for about 15 minutes and came back to find 20 new troll posts. All were the same, and all were disgusting.

xoxo is that the one at The Grove or the one on Westwood? I've heard it's good! Here we have Market of Choice, it's really a yum deli but definitely not for those on a diet.

Yum, I love Corner Bakery. There aren't any out here, but I eat there every so often at home. Love their California Grille Panini, I usually do the 1/2 sandwich and soup deal and get the Roasted Tomato Basil soup with it. SO good.

It's really not that healthy. It's one of those places that sneaks in a lot of extra calories and fat into a lot of their food. I'll only tell you the calories/fat in that salad if you REALLY want me to, but it isn't happy-making (at least to me). A lot of their sandwiches start to close in around 1000 calories with one of the paninis actually reaching that mark.

xoxo, I'm in the Pacific NW, but I worked in downtown L.A. for several years, and I grew up east of there, in the San Gabriel Valley... do you go to the one on Figueroa, is that downtown? I think I used to go to that one, and yes NoDay their stuff is fattening as hell thank god I'm not attached to panini!
