Leftovers from yesterday disguised as something new and exciting. I'm betting the kids won't fall it for though ... I can hear the whining now.

I'm making a chicken recipe from Nigel Slator. Its chicken fried and then you add a slice of Morzerella cheese + pesto and grill it. I'll be having it with couscous (i'll add red peppers to that). I'll also have tomatoes plus cucumber. I'll fry some onions as well.

Two plates of too much! I'm so full I could be pushed downhill and roll like a barrel.

I had a plate of spaghetti noodles with a little tomato sauce and a sprinkle of Italian seasoning. Also ate a bowl of broccoli with a little parmesan cheese on top.

Grilled salmon burger with Yukon Gold organic french fries (frozen), fresh asparagus and half an avocado. Quick, and tasty.

That sounds really good. I love chicken and pesto.

Shake n bake chicken breast ( With skin ) a ceasar salad with freshly grated parmesan, and potatoe wedges to dip in ranch. Not exactly healthy, but oh-so good.

Tonight it was chevre and kalamata olive stuffed chicken breasts w/ vegetables and rice. It was my first time trying it and it turned out really well.

Wow, can you post the recipe, or do you just sort of throw it together? Sounds great.

I am making spaghetti for dinner which I absolutely love and seldom ever have. Leftover spaghetti sauce is really good the next day on a baked potato!
