I'm thinking of making either sulsbury steaks or meat loaf. I've made my own meat loaf so I might wanna try. I'm gonna look in our recipe section if there's one for a meat loaf.

If you think it's crazy, you ain't seen a thing. Just wait until we're goin down in flames.

My BIL's bringing over his miny portable wood BBQ and we're eating rib steak, salad, baked potatoes with sour cream and chives and french bread.

Had meatloaf and potato puree. Sometimes simple food is great.

    Wink

Buttermilk baked chicken, baked yukon gold potatoes topped with crispy proscuitto bits, mascarpone and chives, cole slaw with freshly grated ginger and shallots. It was quite tasty, if I do say so myself.

    Mm mm!

That looks really good, except it's not really diet, 48g. carbs even though it's only 9g of fat and 320 calories. Still, I'll try it!

Home-made vegetarian Ukranian borscht. Just spent more than an hour chopping veggies. It's going to be good, tho.

No, there's all kinds out there. Mine is veggie, but I use parsley, bay leaf, onions, garlic, beets, carrots, onions, a little celery, potatoes, canned tomatoes, shredded Savoy cabbage, some V8 juice, veggie bouillion cubes, mushroom cubes, water, apple cider vinegar, fresh dill and salt and pepper. I'll serve it with no-fat sour cream, dill and pumpernickel bread, although I won't be eating the bread (diet).
