Gyoza are Japanese dumplings... I think Chinese ones are called potstickers? (giaozi if I remember my Mandarin right).

    They look like these

They have miced veggies and/or meat inside.

If you think it's crazy, you ain't seen a thing. Just wait until we're goin down in flames.

We are eating take-out burritos. They will be delicious.

I have some lovely mixed organic mushrooms. Can't decide what to do with them -- make a mushroom pasta dish, soup, or something with rice and mushrooms. Any ideas?

Making pan browned lemon turkey breast filets with salad, spicy corn casserole and cheese (low fat cheese) and broccoli stuffed baked potatoes and salad. Lotta carbs I know but I have teens I'm feeding.

What is potsticker salad? That also sounds interesting.

I'm going to Moomies house for dinner.

It's too friggin' hot today and I've been working near an oven all day, so I had to keep it lighter: one banana, one serving of blueberry jello, one "lady finger" (oh, it's a darn good roll with coconut cream, and guava jam on it), a glass of Coke and before that about 5 glasses of water. I think 5 more glasses will follow and I'm pretty sure I'll sweat it all 5 minutes later.
