I had a hamburger patty with colby jack cheese melted on top, few carrots, couple celery hearts, artichoke hearts and a big glass of ice tea.

It was really good! I would make it again. I think I'll try her 'meatloaf' variation next.

I'm thinking of cooking some smelt. Not really sure what to do with them. Either deep fry or grill... They're yummy little things. I kinda feel bad though cuz some of them are mommy fishies with eggs in them. It sounds gross but they are delish.

Veggie fajitas, which were surprisingly good. They may have actually been made fresh instead of from a mix since they make the vegetarian meals in really small quantities (since no one EVER gets them).

I have an older cousin who's been married 51 years. Her husband eats NOTHING but meat and potatoes and I mean NOTHING. It's disturbingly weird.

Porkchops with a mushroom gravy served over top of brown rice with asparagus on the side. Simple, but delicious.

I'm not much of a Taco Bell fan. I usually get the filet-o-fish at McDonalds.
