Oh that sounds so wonderful, love all those things you put in your soup.

Maybe I'll also make a soup, I need to eat something that's easy to digest.

If you think it's crazy, you ain't seen a thing. Just wait until we're goin down in flames.

Soup is so easy, and it's a great fridge cleaner-outer. It's a lot of chopping, but I always make a lot so it's food for a couple of days. Nothing tastes better when you're feeling crappy than home-made soup.

It was from the cafeteria actually. They do a vegan meal every night and it's usually similar to the regular meal and much lower fat. The regular rib sandwich is 14 points, the vegan one is 7 (I get 27 points per day )

I am making a vegetarian haggis. I have been looking at a recipe for this for ages and thinking - wow, that looks really good! So I am finally going to make it.

We will have it with garlic mashed potatoes and mixed yellow/green beans.

You have really got to elaborate on how to make this vegetarian haggis. I've been desperately trying to wrap my brain around this one!

Here is the recipe I am using:

I made a half-recipe because it serves rather a lot. It is steaming away in my crockpot as I type. Smells pretty good, too!

    You're welcome!

Bryanna is an awesome vegan cook. She has a lot of good recipes posted on her site.

Ah! This is making sense to me now. I might just have to try this one. Thanks.

Having roast beef with all the veggies and trimmings for dinner. It's snowing so I feel like good old fashion American comfort food.

Probably grilled chicken sandwich. I'm in a snacky mood so I'm using most of my daily allowance on snack type food (popcorn, cut up fruit, etc) and keeping meals light today.
