We had some plain tilapia fillets in the freezer and a bunch of citrusy stuff so I made tilapia marinaded in lime, pineapple, and some fresh garlic. It's still cooking, so I don't know how it's going to taste, but it smells really good right now. I'm think I'm going to make some rice and brussel sprouts to go with it.

Yum, but not on my diet. I had veggie chili (spicy) with a salad afterward. And now I'm having an orange and some pomegranate seeds.

    Curry chicken! yay.
Hubby hates curry so I don't get to cook it often. He won't be eating that so I made him chicken stir-fry.

I did not intend for this to happen, but I had macaroni & cheese twice today.

M&C Lean Cuisine for lunch. Got home, very hungry, and daughter had whipped up some Kraft M&C (the thick & creamy kind.) I had about half a cup. That's all I've had all day. Oh, I did drink a V8 so I wouldn't feel like complete trash.

My niece drinks V8 and thinks that's all she has to do to be healthy.

Lol. Not when you smoke and eat junk food and never, ever take vitamins like she tends to do.

I bought my mom V8 when I went grocery shopping the other day and was so confused by how many varieties there are now. I seriously remember when it used to be just regular V8 or low sodium V8. No need for another 18 varieties.

I can't drink V8 and any other tomato based type of beverages...too gross, I got turned off by tomato juice when I was little.
I've tried V8's fruit juice though, it was like tropical flavour.
