Around 50 grams of chocolate. I ate 8 crÍpes during the day, and was too full for a proper dinner. Christ, I'm a hog.

Last night's dinner was some grilled chicken and baked french fries (I cut the potatoes in slices, dabbed them will olive oil and baked them for a half-hour ) simple but awesome.

^^I love those kinds of baked fries. I make them too. I brush them with olive oil and experiment with different salts and seasonings. Very yummy

I made chipotle veggie chili last night. I serve it with organic corn chips and a bit of cheddar cheese. Yum. Good on a miserable day.

I always post after dinner, lol. Rice, beans with cassava root flour (sounds weird, but it's delicious and nutricious), 6 fried chicken wings, and a glass of grape juice. Only now that I've eaten, I saw it's almost 1 a.m. and I still have do digest.

I just had some lentil soup and a simple tomato and oregano salad, with some feta cheese on the side.

Rice and fries...hmmm...we should talk. I ate a lot of those when I was in Brazil. And some very tasty small fried fish on the beach in Recife. I found the food quite good when I was in your country. Of course all that sun and surf and mountain help.

Home-made low-cal broccoli and cheese (easy on the cheese) soup and fresh crusty French bread. Yum.
