Yum. Had enough of turkey casserole, tho. Will have halibut, green beans, acorn squash and new potatoes tonight.

I roasted some chestnuts and one exploded in the oven...I totally forgot to make a slit in them.

Stir fried rice noodle with veggies. Last night I cooked broccoli instead of green beans so I'm gonna use them today. I need some side dishes but I can't think of anything

Just had a spicy beef goulash with rice. AT LAST my kids are beginning to enjoy spicy food that actually tastes of something (have to have the sour cream on standby though). Never mind, it's progress from fishfingers and peas or pasta with plain tomato sauce.

Sadly my son has requested for us not to have Chicken and Dumplings instead he would like to have Garlic Chicken, twice-baked potatoes and whatever veggie. Still having salad thought.
I made my dumplings different each time. One time Ill do strips, boring in my husbands opinion , then Ill do like Matzo balls. Oh there is nothing like Matzo ball soup on a cold day or when you feel like crap.

I'm feeling like crap, too, Mooms. I've hardly eaten anything today. Maybe I'll have some soup. I didn't work today; HAVE to go in tomorrow morning.

Sorry you're both still feeling sick, mooms & PB. Hopefully you'll both feel better in the morning.

It's grilled chicken (actually on the outside grill & it's frekkin cold out there), mashed potatoes, butterbeans, and cornmeal muffins tonight for moi.
