Chicken strips, mashed potoatoes with country gravy and baked squash casserole. MMMMM leftovers tomorrow.
Left over pizza from lunch...my hubby has a cast iron stomach and has never complained about what I feed him. I could fix a meal (meat and 3) or make him a sandwich-he doesn't care at all. I do try to cook for the dear several times a week, though...
THE EASIEST WAY OUT IS THROUGH....
Thanksgiving dinner, when I get it on the table in a few hours' time. Having a quick meal break now.
I wasn't hungry, because I ate a lot in the afternoon, so I figured I'd have very little for dinner. It had to have lots of Cals. since it was gonna be a small portion, so I went for chocolate, but then I got hungry and had 3 hard-boiled eggs and about 5 pieces of the lovely pound cake with chocolate/cherry liqueur icing I made. Yum!
Roast Pork and veggies I'm thinking.
If you think it's crazy, you ain't seen a thing. Just wait until we're goin down in flames.
'Cheesy Tuna Skillet Dinner"..but made in a microwave.
Don't slap me, cause I'm not in the mood!
A turkey sandwich, I've been saving my points so I can have a caramel apple for a snack tonight
for Thursday's dinner we are having Beef Stew with lots of veggies, some bread from Panara and browies for dessert.
Marks and Spencer low fat ready meal. On my own tonight as the fat lad is working away, and I had a bitch of a day at work so followed it up with chocolates and wine. Good chocolates - one of my Christmas presents last year was a monthly box of chocs from http://www.hotelchocolat.co.uk/cx1/ and I have stuffed my fat face with them tonight.
A big boy did it and ran away.
