That's a better meal than I'm having. All I have for dinner is some blue corn chips with ketchup. I can thank my job sending the checks out late for the craptastic dinner.

Left over pizza from lunch...my hubby has a cast iron stomach and has never complained about what I feed him. I could fix a meal (meat and 3) or make him a sandwich-he doesn't care at all. I do try to cook for the dear several times a week, though...

I wasn't hungry, because I ate a lot in the afternoon, so I figured I'd have very little for dinner. It had to have lots of Cals. since it was gonna be a small portion, so I went for chocolate, but then I got hungry and had 3 hard-boiled eggs and about 5 pieces of the lovely pound cake with chocolate/cherry liqueur icing I made. Yum!

Marks and Spencer low fat ready meal. On my own tonight as the fat lad is working away, and I had a bitch of a day at work so followed it up with chocolates and wine. Good chocolates - one of my Christmas presents last year was a monthly box of chocs from http://www.hotelchocolat.co.uk/cx1/ and I have stuffed my fat face with them tonight.
A big boy did it and ran away.

I'm cooking dinner right now. I have Chicken in the oven with a herb glaze on each piece. Then on the stovetop I got yams (cooked with extra cinnamon) and gnocci(sp?) with thyme in it.

    I'ts a special occasion today.
