Well, if you don't like them, I'd leave them out, Grimmy. Maybe a little garlic, then.

You can add herbs to it such as thyme and garlic, but they are quite good on their own. Serve with rice/roasted new potatoes and veggie/salad of choice.
Im sorry PB but I want to make sure I have this right. With the water you are pouring in the pan with the pork chops in them right? I just want to make sure. And if you are putting a small amount of water in the pan how much would you say?

Yes, in the pan. I would say about a third to half a cup at most, just enough to make a little broth that you can pour over the chops later.

I'm afraid I am on my own again tonight so I presume I will be having yet another lasagne. I swear I think I will turn into a lasagne in the near future. Since I have discovered the easy to make recipe I just cannot get enough of them. They are sufficiently filling, tasty and simple to prepare.

Only mom knows... I work evenings, so I usually heat lunch leftovers (so boring).

I have about 10 pounds of assorted squash and a ton of tomatoes, gonna have to somehow turn that into something so they don't go to waste. Some kind of soup/stew I guess.
Don't worry about what other people think. They don't do it very often.

^^I'd love to have your problem! Made a yummy pasta last night with fresh tomatoes, basil, garlic and onion and portobello mushrooms. Looking forward to having the leftovers for dinner tonight.

I made a lovely chicken casserole for tea, it was really rich and very tasty. The red wine i added from my recent visit to France just gave it that extra something. I wish i had leftovers now!

Ended up having only deep fried dough: of one sort I had one filled with cheese and another filled with ground beef. The other sort was sweet: one filled with guava and the other with some sweet cream. Two glasses of Sprite to wash it all down. I feel so heavy now.

Toast and soup. Too sick to cook and have no desire to eat (for a change, how else is a bitter jealous fattie going to maintain their rotund figure?)

REAL FOOD, after days going on junk. Rice, beans, sausage, fries and lettuce/tomato salad. I finally feel nourished again. I thank my mommy from the bottom of my stomach for that.
