The same pasta my mom made for lunch, with one of the best sauces she's ever made. Yummmm.

For lunch I had this delicious kebab meats with rice plate from a Persian take out place in a food court. I LOVE Persian food and try to get it at least once a week! At the same food court I got a japanese chicken curry plate for dinner, but it was nasty for some reason. It didn't hold over so well in the frig!

But I don't know why, but I've been craving hot dogs for weeks now. It must be the hot dog specials I see on the travel channel or food channel, seeing them people munching on them delicious hot dogs is too much!

I might go for some pizza later, we'll see.

The gem stone like thingies are salmon roes (yes raw ) and I add finger shredded grilled salmon and some scrambled eggs plus vinegared veggies ---> (I cheat by using this mix, you could prolly find this at an Asian or Japanese grocer, you could buy salmon roes there, too).

Yum, it sounds good. I've had salmon roe on a cruise at some point, it was good.

Just had something called 'Saimin' from a hawaiian barbecue chain. It's some kind of noodles in broth with spam on top. Noodles tasted like any ordinary cup noodles type, pretty good.

Thank God for this thread! I worked all evening long, just came back from a car accident scene and forgot to eat. Only now I noticed I'm starving.

I think I'll make some scrambled eggs and eat the rest of that wonderful peanut dessert my mom made.

    Love Johnsonville Beer Brats
We will probably have soup and sandwiches since my husband will be working late. Usually Friday night is either go out night or eat leftovers.

Had the nachos supremo from my favorite taqueria. Nachos has got to be one of my most favoritist foods in the world. Freshly fried tortilla chips covered in refried beans, beef chunks, guacamole, cheese, and sour cream. Yummy

tonight i made a pork roast with gravy, broccoli and a pastaroni thing (I can make awesome homemade mac and cheese but it's not as quick!).

Tomorrow I am going to take a shot at seafood gumbo, I've already wandered in the cuisine thread here and gotten some good ideas! I'm not from the south and haven't eaten a lot of it so I don't have a great basis for comparison. *crosses fingers*
Don't worry about what other people think. They don't do it very often.

Had pizza tonight. It was BBQ chicken pizza. I like non-traditional toppings, I'm kinda tired of the regular ol' tomato sauce and pepperoni stuff.
