Im thinking you use bread stuffing like Stove Top or Peppridge Farm Stuffing. Sounds pretty good.
I think tonight it will be Pancakes, scrambled eggs and toast. Light and easy for my husband.

Yum, I love breakfast for dinner nights. Maybe I'll cook up some egg white omelets and surprise my dad

Sammy's Mom is right. I use Stove Top stuffing. Just make the stuffing, then mix it and an egg with the hamburger meat. It's really tasty. I also make it into a meatloaf sometimes. My bf absolutely loves it, and I just tell him it's a secret recipe

Definitely something involving cassava roots. My mom cooked so much of it yesterday that she made it mashed with cocunut milk (we were having guests over and she was making a dish I don't like... so I got some of that mashed cassava and made my own thing with teriyaki chicken... turned out soooooo good), soup, and deep fried.

So cassava roots it'll be (and the strawbery/chantilly dessert she made last night....... yummmmm).

I made myself some chicken shish-kabobs tonight for me and Troy's friend's . I made like 30 of these with grilled marinated pieces of chicken with grilled peppers, onions, and cherry tomatoes. so fucking good and simple. I also made some fried rice using canola oil and vinegar. It's surprisngly sweet and not all that hard to make.

Leftover tortilla casserole, salad and a lovely ripe organic avocado with lemon. Yum.

    I love Perogies too
When I was younger like 7/8 yrs old and spending summers with my grandmother she would let me help her make them. My aunt use to make the homemade also. Oh man they were the best.
Nana, my grandma, would make batches and batches and send them to us with dry ice. I use to take the dry ice and put it in a big mixing bowl and pretend my Barbies were taking a steam bath. Oh the fun and memories you just brought back Moomies.

Never knew perogies until I married my Yankee ex-husband. Now I love them, but can only get them in the frozen foods department. But they're good! I like to eat them with turkey link sausage & a little spicy mustard.

I like cheddar cheese perogies with onion, bacon (or chorizo), sauerkraut and sour cream. Or, if they are freshly made with a little onion, butter and sour cream. Pure bliss.

I never saw them in Texas just in the frozen food section here in DC.
