    Ooooh, WANT!! That reminds me, I saved a recipe to make your own hazelnut spread a while back, it contained hazelnuts, cocoa, melted chocolate and something else. Still have hazelnuts left from holiday baking, might be a good time to find it and try it.

    yeah, i realize you could make your own hazelnut spread but i'm too lazy for that. this spread is not as melty as nutella, has a stiffer consistency.

    ET is making a poke cake. yum. she was inspired by food network and we get to eat her experiments. YUM

    Homemade split pea soup (from dried peas and everything), with garlic and spiral-cut ham mixed in. Cooked to a gravy-like consistency.
