do you mean tuna filets or canned tuna?
i wouldn't waste whole tuna for something that gets baked in a sauce. you want to use a white fish for that.
canned tuna i think would just taste like the tuna equivalent of a chicken pot pie.

Frozen pollock is cheaper than tinned tuna and it will taste better as it’ll be more substantial.

I have never tried kimchi what is it like?
Most of the kimchi I've had had some sort of fishy flavoring - not a fan. Then I saw some recipes that have no fishy elements. Does the green onion have the fish flavor because it sounds amazing.
No fishy flavor.
I hate traditional cabbage kimchi. Don't like the texture. It's just lame. The cabbage is too soft or something.
But daikon kimchi as well as this green onion stuff is really tasty. More texture and crunch.
Mother's brand offers the daikon version - I buy it at Whole Foods. Fairway Market has it too I believe.
