I just ate a char grilled flank steak sliced thinly with garlic, roasted red peppers, onions, and blue cheese on a crispy panini, and now I'm about to finish off a strawberry cheesecake. I'm in heaven.

I've just had a Chinese take out. Singapore noodles. Got some ribs for my dog. Shared the crispy seaweed with her - didn't realise that she'd like it. Weirdo dog. She dropped a bit in the floor & hoovered it up afterwards & the seaweed wasn't with or on the ribs.

I've been making these delicious homemade pizzas. I guess their semi-homemade because I buy these pizza flatbreads (reminds me of the &Pizza ones in DC). I found an amazing jarred pizza sauce at the grocery store. Today we just made pepperoni pizza's but they were so good. Earlier in the week, we experimented and made a strawberry poke cake with fresh whipped cream frosting. It was fun to make and actually tastes pretty good. I'm getting tired of cooking and planning three meals a day, plus snacks.

That sounds nice, what brand are the flatbreads? I used to do a home made crust from scratch but it never gets made because it takes so long, what with the yeast and rising of the dough, etc.

Pho. I was supposed to eat it like 3 hours ago, but I wanted to finish work first. The rice noodles absorbed all the soup and now it's like this giant mass of rice noodles with some dried up plum sauce in the middle. Sprinkled with mung bean sprouts. And there's some beef in there somewhere.

I use these. Brooklyn Bred. It takes about 20 minutes from start to finish. I make the crispier crust pizza by pre baking the crust with olive oil and a little granulated garlic. Then add the sauce and toppings and bake for another 10 to 12 minutes. I like a crispier, well done pizza. I love homemade crust but haven't made it in years. I used to pick up the pizza dough from Trader Joe's every once in a while. These are perfect and you get two of them for 5 bucks. It's good for the kidlet, too

Homemade salsa, homemade guacamole, homemade refried beans (black), rice, plantains, homemade corn tortillas, chorizo, sirloin, and corn on the cob.

So, I came in here to post this, and all of a sudden Mrs Mo is standing over me, going, "What are you doing?" And I replied, "Bragging about the dinner you fixed."

Trader Joe's French cut green beans baked/roasted with avocado oil, garlic and red pepper flakes. So good...I'll eat the whole (1 lb) bag in one sitting. Tonight, it was my dinner.

How do you like the air fryer? I'm curious and thinking about buying one.
