    The spring rolls are beautiful as is the knife. I love knives so much and I don't mean that in any weird, non-culinary way.

    I made scones the other night which I haven't done in probably 15 years at least, and have had them with clotted cream, and cabernet cherry preserves. Turned out pretty well since I didn't have one cohesive scone recipe (I don't know what I did with the ones I used to have) and kind of made it up as I went along.

    I "discovered" this most fabulous authentic Mexican food place yesterday. I ordered a burrito bowl and it was DELICIOUS! I had one again tonight ... and it was only like $8!

    that's on my list for this upcoming winter, whenever that is.
    i remember when i was a kid my grandma used to buy this amazing scones, the bakery is probably still working but i no longer live there (near).

    I’m working from home today so I just heated up
    a brownie in the microwave and topped it with banana split ice cream, chocolate sauce, and whipped cream. I’m gonna have to go on a serious diet when this is over.

    bread pizza. dinner of (lazy) champions.
    this was dinner whenever my mom was too tired to make us dinner or hadn't gone grocery shopping but didn't want us to eat junk.

    mr czb hasn't kept up his standing supply of cab ... so i just poured myself a tequila and orange juice. glad i don't stream video on work tcons ....

    it's gluten free bread pizza. but the principle is the same - bread, sauce, cheese and toppings, in the oven til it all melts.

    my MiL was kind enough to send us yeast (can't get it around here - sold out everywhere). so we will either have pizza tonight or if mr czb is to lazee to make the dough, i will just roast a bunch of vegetables.
